Dog Rescued From Inhumane Home after Ten Years

Diesel spent most of the first ten years of his life chained outside in 40 below weather, raising first one then the other paw off the ground to keep them from freezing. Then the miraculous happened – he was rescued from his horrible surroundings and now has more playtime than he knows what to do with!
