More than 300 search and rescue dogs moved through the rubble on 9-11, searching out and finding survivors buried underneath the collapsed towers. While our firefighters and paramedics displayed unparalleled courage and dedication on that day and the days that followed, the heroic efforts of these faithful canines is too often forgotten.
